Position Summary


As a “Global Integrated Media Manager”, you will elevate and advance Integrated Media Communication across markets, zones and Strategic Business Unit's by steering, evolving, and activating strategic media guidelines that deliver tangible growth for our business and strengthen our brands equity for the long term. In this position, you will work with our data and insights teams, media agencies, digital platform partners and external industry bodies to evolve guidelines based on latest consumer behaviors, measures, research, and media habits. You will scale media intelligence that supports our media transformation agenda and accelerates brand growth.

A Day in the Life of a Global Integrated Media Manager


  • Manage the development and evolution of strategic media guidelines to advance effectiveness of media communication across zones, categories, and markets
  • Champion the awareness and embedding of strategic media guidelines, through clear and engaging communication with the relevant stakeholders
  • Collaboration with zones, categories, SBU's, and markets to establish effective measures to track progress of existing programs including Media Principles, X Screen planning, and BBNW (Brand Building the Nestlé Way) through
  • Be the connect internally to build holistic and advanced integrated application to media communications, across all relevant and advancing touchpoints, as well as the key point of contact for the media pillar with global digital platform partners
  • Work closely with measurement lead to advance learning and create a competitive edge for Nestlé
  • Drive global transformation and momentum via a strong connection with Global Media Council and Global Media Community
  • Accelerate media innovation through emerging global initiatives with an agile, test, and scale-up approach


What will make you successful


  • 10+ years of experience managing / working on large global media budgets either at another advertiser or within media agency
  • Good grasp of fundamentals of marketing - experience as a marketer desired
  • Strong understanding of the Media Communication landscape, with experience across all media disciplines
  • Strong understanding of measurement solutions and methodologies to calculate media efficiency and effectiveness (MMM, BHT, SOV etc.)
  • Ability to inspire and support teams to deliver organization and operational change
  • Ability to manage multi-market and stakeholder workshops
  • Passion and curiosity for the dynamic media industry
  • Work well in a team – strong ability to connect and influence cross functionally across varying levels of seniority
  • Fluent in English
